3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

Content you submit to the Service remains yours. By submitting content, you grant LexiVise a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal or professional use, subject to these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexiVise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

LexiVise makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the AI-generated content provided through the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
